With the uprising of various condominium development projects across the nation, YBC ventured in the industry by establishing Sky Wealth Land Holding, Inc. in 1988 with its pilot project Winland Tower Residences Cebu.

In its continuing thrust to provide quality projects in locations at par with others, the company continued to develop Winland Tower Residences 4 along Tomas Morato Q.C. and is now venturing into Winland Tower Residences 5 in Valencia, Ortigas. Soon to be launched, the Winland Tower Residences 6 in University Belt, Manila.
